At STAR Servicios Lingüísticos we believe our providers are a crucial link in our value chain, which is why we consider them part of our team.

We try to create ideal conditions for working together, providing them with all the linguistic resources and reference material available and giving clear instructions on the scope of the projects.

We have created the provider portal because we also want to simplify all the administrative aspects of our partnership as far as possible. This enables our providers to check the status of their assigned projects and their invoices, and also track their service level indicator (INS). Our portal is also a learning portal where they can access all the information they need for working with STAR: documentation on procedures, webinars on Transit NXT (STAR's Computer-Assisted Translation tool), links to the Transit NXT blog and other useful sources of information.
