Remote (RSI) and on-site interpretation

STAR Servicios Lingüísticos offers its customers different modalities of remote and on-site interpretation. For each modality, we have a team of professionals for simultaneous, consecutive and liaison interpretation in several languages for all types of events (meetings, virtual or on-site trade missions, conferences, conventions, etc.).

In the current period of restrictions on movement and contact between people, the virtual format of our interpretation service adapts perfectly to the needs of many companies, allowing them to continue with their normal activities, as well as promotional and trade missions. Our customers can rely on a virtual team of professional multilingual interpreters for their meetings, trade interviews, product presentations or virtual conferences.

For remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI), the modality that emulates on-site simultaneous interpretation, we offer the option of working with specific platforms that are available on the market. These platforms recreate the interpretation booth space in a virtual format and event participants can receive the audio of the chosen language via various devices (computers, mobiles, tablets, etc.).

Depending on the organisational details and the conditions in which the event will take place (on-site or remote, languages, speakers, participants, surroundings, subject, etc.), we tailor our solution to each customer, offering them the most suitable service and helping them optimise resources. We offer a full consultancy service to assist in organising the event and manage all requirements with our network of providers who specialise in technical equipment (booths, projectors, audio systems and portable interpretation systems) and other support services.
